Shipping & delivery

Dispatch. Once your portrait is finished—usually 3–7 days after design approval—we’ll ask for your final confirmation before shipping it from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes 8–12 days after dispatch. Timing can vary considerably depending on your destination.

Packed with care. We pack your artwork securely. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact support@seremori.com within 48 hours of delivery for a full (100%) refund.
