We send you a design. A sketch or a layout showing what we will make. Nothing is made until you approve it.
You say yes, or ask for changes. Your design preview and unlimited revisions are included. Before you approve the initial design, you can still cancel for a full refund.
Review during production. We share intermediate previews for your confirmation, with free, unlimited revisions at these stages.
Confirm before shipping. We send a final preview of your finished piece, and every order requires your confirmation before dispatch. Each product page states its making time. Every order ships from China, with tracking.
