    We’ll refine the paw print, lettering and layout with you. Engraving only begins once you approve your artwork proof. During production, we share intermediate previews for your confirmation, with free, unlimited revisions. We ask for your final confirmation before shipping.

    How it’s made

    From your pet’s paw print to a finished frame, with your approval before engraving.

    1. Make it yours

      Enter your engraving details, upload clear paw-print photos and choose standard or rush production. Add your email so we can share your proof.

    2. Your artwork proof

      1–2 days

      We check your photos and prepare a digital proof of the paw print and lettering. Revisions are free and unlimited at the design and intermediate production review stages.

    3. You approve

      Check the paw print, spelling, dates and layout. Request any changes, then approve the design when you’re happy.

    4. Engrave & frame

      5–10 days

      After your approval, we engrave the brass disc and mount it in its frame. Need it sooner? Choose rush production for completion within 5 days of approval. We share intermediate previews with unlimited revisions and ask you to confirm the finished piece before dispatch.

    Proof timing starts once we have your clear photos and customization details. Production time starts after approval. All timings are in calendar days; shipping is separate. Review and revision time may affect dispatch.

    Shipping & delivery

    Dispatch. Once your frame is finished—usually 5–10 days after design approval, or within 5 days with rush production—we’ll ask for your final confirmation before shipping it from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

    Delivery time. Delivery usually takes 8–12 days after dispatch. Timing can vary considerably depending on your destination.

    Packed with care. We pack your frame securely. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact support@seremori.com within 48 hours of delivery for a full (100%) refund.
